Ágúst Guðmundsson was keynote speaker at the Mannheim-Heidelberg Film Festival on 17th November 2011.
A part of the festival, The Mannheim Meeting Place, is dedicated to talks between producers from various countries who are searching for co-producers. Ágúst talked about his experience of co-productions from the point of view of an Icelander. His talk was originally entitled: "Advantages and difficulties in co-producing between small and large countries", but ended up having the title: "Is small really beautiful?"
