Isfilm ehf is developing a film about Ingmar Bergman in his early thirties, before he became world famous for his movies. The screenplay has received all three stages of script support from the Icelandic Film Fund.
It may sound strange that an Icelandic company is developing a Swedish movie, and our hope is that soon a Swedish company will take over the production reins, with Isfilm as co-production partner.
